Pay
Rate Information:
Base
Pay
The BASE PAY rate for ALL team drivers
will start at .40 / mile,
split, regardless of prior experience.
Productivity Bonus
Team Drivers can also raise their pay levels by earning .04
/ mile as a PRODUCTIVITY BONUS*. This bonus
is paid to drivers who maintain an average of just 18,000 miles over
the previous 2 months. (These bonuses are divided equally among the
two members of the driving team.)
